Show Your Pride – More Than a Photo Shoot

Now in its fourth year, the Show Your Pride (SYP) Campaign continues to grow as one of the region’s most visible and meaningful LGBTQ+ visibility initiatives—proudly led by the Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with creative partner, Chandrayee Soneja with Soneja Creative.

What began as a shared vision has evolved into a powerful statement: visibility is not optional—it’s essential.

Show Your Pride is more than a photo shoot. It’s a rallying call for businesses, organizations, and individuals to stand in visible solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community and to affirm that belonging, dignity, and inclusion matter—everywhere.

In 2026, the campaign continues to elevate resilience, allyship, and empowerment, reminding LGBTQ+ people across our region that they are seen, supported, and never alone—especially during times when visibility itself is an act of courage.

Show Your Pride emphasizes resilience, allyship, and the power of visibility as acts of empowerment.

The Show Your Pride Photography Campaign is more than just a photo shoot—it’s a celebration of visibility, resilience, and community. Participants step in front of a Pride-themed backdrop and share three meaningful words that encapsulate what Pride means to them. These powerful portraits and words create a visual narrative that highlights the beauty of diversity and the strength of the LGBTQ+ community.

Where can I see the photos?

During Pride Month, the photos will be displayed on 116 digital kiosks throughout Houston, thanks to the partnership with IKE Smart City. In Montrose—the historic heart of Houston’s LGBTQ+ community—select kiosks will be wrapped with the Show Your Pride logo and vibrant Pride colors, creating a striking visual celebration.

Individual photos will be highlighted, during Pride Month, on the north side of Shell Energy Stadium as part of the collaboration with the Houston Dynamo & Houston Dash.

The Show Your Pride campaign encourages participants to make their support for the LGBTQ+ community unmistakable. You know that saying… “A picture is worth a thousand words”? Each photograph in the Show Your Pride campaign speaks volumes to the strength and resilience of the LGBTQ+ community.
Allyship in Action

Allyship is more than just words—it requires visible, meaningful action.
The campaign emphasizes the importance of allyship in tangible ways. Allies are encouraged to be part of the 2025 Show Your Pride campaign and share their photo during Pride Month and throughout the year.

For the past two years, Show Your Pride has highlighted the faces of resilience within the LGBTQ+ community. This year’s campaign continues to amplify individuals and their visibility, reminding everyone that Pride is both a celebration and a call to action.
